"EPC - C. The refitted kitchen family room in the hub of our home where everyone is drawn to. We often dine in the kitchen but the formal dining room and sitting room provide a wonderful space to sit back and relax. Upstairs the 4 bedrooms are of a good size which enjoy plenty of natural light and we are really pleased with the two refitted bathrooms. The lower ground floor is a great bonus and is ideal for use as a playroom, elderly relatives, teenagers or working from home. The space it provides is extremely adaptable.

The large private garden offers privacy and space for the whole family to enjoy and with the 4 seating areas there are always sunny areas to relax in at any time of day. The 3 separate lawn areas, garden room, playhouse, rope swing and access via french doors from both the kitchen and the playroom make it fantastic for us as a family and great for entertaining.

We love the internal and external space in such a prime location in the village within a lovely cul-de-sac backing onto lovely woodland walks. Our home is a very short walk to the village centre and only a 10 minute walk from the schools and station.
