Situated in a quiet courtyard section of Saddlers Close with its attractive Georgian style frontage is this spacious 3 double bedroom town house, which, in our opinion, is presented in excellent order and enjoys a sunny south facing rear garden. The house was built about 6 years ago so continues to benefit from the remainder of the NHBC certificate. The front door leads in to the entrance hall with a cloakroom.
