" If you are looking for a house that is in great decorative order and ready to move into than look no further. Being approximately 3 years old this "Barratt Home" has the remainder of a NHBC warranty. Fittings include a designer kitchen, tv sockets, telephone points in the lounge and both bedrooms along with a downstairs cloakroom. There is also the security of smoke detector system wired to the mains power supply (please check regularly). One big feature of this home that should be highlighted is it's living space. The lounge is well proportioned and with double patio doors and a 3/4 height double glazed window at the rear when the weather permits light fills the room and in the summer months it is possible to open the doors to make the room feel bigger. Because it opens to the back garden they may also be scope (subject to the necessary consents) for the construction of a conservatory. There is also rear gated access to the back garden which leads directly to the car parking area. If however, you like to walk everywhere then Billingshurst is a village where you can walk to the High Street with it's shops, restaurants, leisure centre, schools or railway station within about 15 minutes.

What the Owner says:

I bought this property because it was new. It still has it's builders guarantee for some years so it gave me peace of mind. What I liked was the fact it was ready to move into with a high standard of finish and it's own parking. This means it was ideal for me to live in or rent out, as it has two useable bedrooms and second loo downstairs. Even though it's not the biggest house, the kitchen and living room are completely separate, so you can move from one space to another. It had crossed my mind to invest in a conservatory because it would still leave a garden. I have found it an advantage backing onto the local country retail store because we haven't had anybody overlook us.
