" This is a modern home built by Barratt Homes and sold with the remaining NHBC for peace of mind. Being end of terrace and on a corner means there is only one neighbouring home joined to this one, so the surroundings feel a little more open that some of the other homes on the estate. Inside it is particularly well presented - the owners, take great care and pride so their home is ready to move into. It was new when they moved in and they have developed the garden which is walled by brick on one side. There is space for a conservatory subject to the necessary consents, and a particular feature the owners like is that there is a path from the drive at the bottom of the garden (next to the garage), to the house, so you don't need to go out of your plot, it makes it seem more private to them. Inside the house the w.c. and kitchen are at the front leaving the living room with patio doors leading to the garden. Billingshurst has it's own leisure centre, schools and railway within one mile and a bus service runs along Forge Way which is at the entrance to the close so it is very convenient.

What the Owner says:

We were attracted to this house because it was new and came with peace of mind guaranteed. We have always liked new builds and this one has it's own garage and driveway at the rear directly adjoining the rear garden. The location for us as "non drivers" was an important feature because we needed to know we could get to the bus and railway station.
