" The village on the edge of Town!A lot of people like the idea of a 'village life', but sometimes being that cut off from the hustle and bustle that goes with a noisy town location, can be difficult to adjust to. From noise to peace and tranquillity can be a shock to the system. Some of us weirdly like the rush that comes from people dashing here , there, and everywhere. But Wallington is but half a mile from Fareham's busy West Street, yet you wouldn't know it.
A bridge leads from the village to the town. A simple walk divides the two.A couple of local public houses, serving hot and cold meals, log fires, along with the village gossip, and you'd think you were in the middle of nowhere.A family size unit in the sought after Cams school location, along with its obvious attractions, and at a good price.When would you like to view?

We bought here mainly to get the boys into Harrison primary school, but at the time the house represented extremely good value.The kitchen/diner can offer lovely views of the sun setting, which is perfect whilst enjoying your meal.The layout downstairs has proved a bonus, the cloakroom with young children is a major benefit, and the additional reception room is used as a play room, general storage and collecting items for car boot sales.When the idea of cooking sounds too much, the local pubs are a blessing in disguise.
