" This family home is located to the north of Fareham town centre and will prove popular with commuters with it's easy access via several points to the M27.Built in the 1960's this house is set in a cul-de-sac location, that the owner informs us is always very quiet and safe for children.The property offers three well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom to the first floor, a good size lounge and open plan kitchen/diner to the ground floor.The low maintenance rear garden has direct access to the brick built garage. This neat and tidy home comes complete with double glazing and gas central heating.

I moved to the area in the spring of 2002 and have really enjoyed my time in this house.I am now looking to relocate out of the area to be closer to my family and work. I would defiantly recommend this area to anyone who needs access to the M27 motorway as i do. I can be on the motorway in about 20 minutes even during rush hour. This property is very family orientated with good size bedrooms, lounge and the open plan kitchen/diner it is ideal for modern living.
