SITUATION
Callington is surrounded by unspoilt scenery whilst being within 15 minutes of the City of Plymouth and enjoying easy access to both the A30 and the A38 trunk roads. It is conveniently placed for a number of working areas with Tavistock, Saltash, Liskeard and Launceston all within 10 miles. Local facilities include a supermarket, a wide range of shops, commercial facilities, primary schools and community college, modern health centre, leisure centre and many recreational clubs and societies. The popular St Mellion Golf Club is located 3 miles to the south.
