" Attractively finished throughout and in a sought after location is this lovely, two double bedroom semi-detached house. It has a sitting room, living room, kitchen, utility, two bedrooms, bathroom and large, attractive en-suite. It also enjoys wonderful views of the Beacons and a south facing garden

A lovely home, the property is light and airy. On the ground floor is an entrance hall, sitting room, living room which has an arch through to the kitchen/breakfast room. Groesffordd is a popular village with a great pub, only 3 miles from Brecon and surrounded by glorious countryside. Brecon is a traditional market town, the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It also has several good primary schools, a secondary school, college of further education and Christ College a private boarding school for boys and girls aged 7-18.
