The hallway is light, airy and unusually large for a semi. There's a useful storage cupboard to your left as you make your entrance.
To the downstairs is the kitchen and lounge.
Laminate flooring to all the ground floor means easy maintenance.
The kitchen has a good range of cabinets and shelving and enjoys a lovely view out across the garden. The boiler has been relocated to the airing cupboard on the landing and this has freed up extra space.
