" At the time that we are offering this bungalow to the market place, they are scarce and rarely available, so we would encourage you to take a look sooner rather than later.This is a two bedroom detached bungalow which enjoys a cul-de-sac location on the popular Race Course development, and whilst being in need of some updating, it is more than liveable when carrying out any alterations, and being vacant, offers the opportunity for a quick move.

My parents were down sizing from a larger bungalow with a much bigger garden, therefore this was perfect for them and it was being built by "Barratts" a builder they were particularly keen on. Moving from Tadley to Alton, a complete change of location, they soon became very fond of the area, my mother in particular loved Selbourne village and in general the "Jane Austin" territory.She also enjoyed the views from the lounge window across to the fields where she could also see the smoke rising from the Watercress Line.
