" In our opinion we do not think you will find a better three bedroom detached house on the popular 'Racecourse' development (as it is known locally).Occupying a generous corner plot with a beautiful landscaped rear garden we would highly recommend you add Ascot Close to your viewing list. The present owner has carried out many improvements to the property during the 16 years of occupation which include the re-fitting of the kitchen and bathroom and the addition of a conservatory. Parking is also no problem with there being a driveway and attached garage.Well located within easy proximity to Alton Town Centre and a variety of schools around Ascot Close could be your ideal family home.

I have been very happy living here since I first bought the property approximately 16 years ago. I love the location although I did know the area well having previously worked in the Farnham area. When I think back I have invested a lot of money into my house including having had the conservatory built, but this was money well spent when I reflect on how many happy hours I have had just sitting and relaxing and looking out into the garden.
