" Occupying an elevated location with superb views to both front and rear over Blockley brook and surrounding countryside, this second floor, two bedroom penthouse apartment is one of six properties in this converted mill complex in the centre of Blockley village.

The property has been stylishly and thoughtfully improved over recent years and has two double bedrooms, both with Southerly aspects over the mill race, spacious living room with a beamed ceiling and a real fire, large rear dining room, a stylishly appointed fitted kitchen with a good compliment of units incorporating a built in oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and the property has the unusual advantage of both a shower room/w.c. and a separate bathroom/w.c. so that guests have their own facilities.

From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A44 continuing through the village of Bourton on the Hill after which turn right sign posted Blockley 1 1/2 miles. When entering the village pass Lower Brook House on the right handside and at the next crossroads turn right into Mill View at the end of which there are two separate mill buildings, this is the first on the right. Continue through the archway and park in the communal car park. Retrace your route on foot continuing through the archway then turn left and at the end of the small road the entrance to this property is through the blue door.
