" Beech Park is a mature residential cul-de-sac standing at the centre of West Hill and within less than minutes level walk of the shop, village hall and primary school. This is a particularly popular school, also within the Kings School catchment in Ottery St Mary.

Number 27 is a detached chalet style residence built in the 1970's but upgraded more recently by the current owners including PVC double glazed windows, a gas fired central heating system and smart fitted kitchen.

On the ground floor is a spacious vaulted hall, cloakroom, comfortable sitting room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, utility room, conservatory and ground floor master bedroom suite. This has an en-suite bathroom

(which will need to be fitted by the new owner to their own taste) and a large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room.

To the first floor are two double bedrooms with pleasant outlooks over the garden to the rear and Beech Park to the front, together with a smart family bathroom and separate wc.
