" A substantial 4 bedroom semi-detached house, located in Branton village on this popular roadway.
The property has PVC double glazing, excluding two bathroom windows, a gas central heating system and briefly comprises:- Entrance hall, sitting room, large dining room and a large kitchen. To the first floor there are four bedrooms, three doubles and one single, plus a bathroom. Outside the property stands in good sized gardens with a dropped Kerb offering off road parking with plenty of room for a garage (subject to necessary planning). The property does require some updating however, has been priced to reflect his. There are good local amenities including very good schools.
