The apartment has wonderful views looking out across Preston Park and beyond, even at night the view is great. We have really enjoyed our time living here, the neighbours have been welcoming and there s a nice community feel within the block. It s been a godsend knowing you can always get a parking spot and the garage is very handy for storage. The heating is included in the maintenance charge and the communal areas and gardens are always well maintained. There s good recycling onsite and Kevin the caretaker is on hand for any other small jobs."
