"Mariposa is a spacious well proportioned detached chalet bungalow built approximately 12 years ago and is offered on the market in excellent decorative order. The property is situated on The Ride, one of the quieter roads in Ifold and is accessed by a long driveway leading to the property which sits in a plot of approximately 1/3rd of an acre, well secluded with a boundary of mature trees and hedging. Gardens which wrap around the bungalow are laid to lawn with specimen trees and other mature planting together with a timber shed, chicken run, rabbit pen and a spacious patio which adjoins the sitting room and conservatory - ideal for outside entertaining. At the front of the property there is a large parking and turning area which leads to the double garage.

Ifold is a charming wooded residential area that lies between the villages of Loxwood and Plaistow. There are beautiful walks in the nearby countryside and along the towpath of the recently restored Wey and Arun Canal. More extensive shopping, banking and leisure facilities can be found within Billingshurst village centre which includes the services of a mainline railway station with frequent trains to London Victoria, schooling for all ages and a leisure centre with swimming pool. Approximate distances are Cranleigh 9 miles, Billingshurst 6 miles and Gatwick International Airport 24 miles.

DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south along the High Street and at the second roundabout turn right onto the A272 signposted Petworth. Continue over the next two roundabouts and having crossed the narrow bridge, turn right onto the B2133. Go along this road for approximately 3.5 miles and upon reaching the duck pond before the village of Loxwood turn left onto the Plaistow road continuing past the Ifold Stores at the entrance to The Drive and past Ifoldhurst on your right hand side. Take the next turning right into Chalk Road and at the crossroads turn left into The Ride. The driveway for Mariposa is the second on the right and continue down the driveway and the property is found at the end.
