"This modern family house has been constructed in the traditional Sussex style, with red brick and clay tiled elevations. It is approached by a long gravel driveway and sits nestled in a wooded copse, backing onto paddocks. The house is spacious and well suited to family life and the area is well served by a choice of excellent schools.

The front door opens into an entrance hallway with a staircase, a door to the study and a solid oak floor running throughout the hallway, sitting and dining room. The sitting room runs front to back, with a large inglenook fireplace in the middle of the room and double doors leading to the decking and garden. An archway leads to the adjoining dining room, which in turn leads back to the entrance hall. The kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of light oak laminated units, with an integral double oven, microwave, five-ring gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of workspace and a breakfast bar at one end. A tiled floor runs through into the adjoining utility room, which has matching units, houses the LPG boiler and has plumbing for washing machine and dryer and a door leading into the integral double garage.

There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor. Bedroom one has dormer windows to the front and rear and an ensuite dressing room and bathroom; which has a modern white suite of bath, shower, toilet and pedestal basin set into a vanity unit. Bedroom two is an attractive room decorated in subtle shades, with a modern ensuite bathroom with decorative tiling and a modern white suite of bath, basin and vanity unit and toilet. Bedrooms three and four are both double rooms with built in wardrobes. Bedroom five is also a good sized room and enjoys an open outlook over the rear garden and paddocks beyond."
