"EPC - E. A handsome detached family home approached via a long driveway and standing in the lovely rural setting of Ifold. This house was built back in 1993 and enjoys a plot of approximately 2.5 acres made up of paddocks, sand school, stabling and garden. The front door opens to the reception hall with ground floor cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor. The large kitchen/breakfast room has an oil fired Aga and a separate utility room. The living room has a stunning feature fireplace and a connecting door through to the separate dining room which leads back to the entrance hall. The turned staircase rises to the magnificent galleried landing which provides access to the four double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dual aspect, two quadruple built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom which includes a sunken bath and large walk-in shower. Ifold with its community hall and golf club, lies about 2 miles midway between the villages of Loxwood and Plaistow with their range of local amenities including primary schools, public houses, churches and shops. The larger historic village of Billingshurst is about 6 miles north/west and has a range of shopping banking and medical facilities, schooling for all age groups, leisure centre with gym and swimming pool, and a mainline railway station which provides a train service into London/Victoria as well as Gatwick and the south coast. The bustling village of Cranleigh is approximately 8 miles to the north and Haslemere with its mainline railway station to London/Waterloo is about 9 miles to the west. Guildford is 15 miles and Gatwick International Airport is about 28 miles.
