    Orleton has always proved to be one of the most popular residential villages in the area. It is midway between Ludlow and Leominster and also within easy reach is the town of Tenbury Wells and the city of Hereford. The village has a thriving community with a well used village hall, a primary school, two village inns of repute, a doctors surgery, a shop, post office and a parish church. This particular house backs onto the popular recreation ground beyond which is farmland and views across open countryside up to the Clee Hills. Ashley Walk is a small exclusive cul-de-sac of similar style houses. Number 2 is situated at the end which ensures its privacy. Off the hall is a ground floor cloak room with a WC and wash basin. The spacious sitting/dining room is particularly bright and airy having a bay window to the front and sliding patio doors at the rear. A focal point is a brick fireplace housing a real flame gas fire. The two rear double bedrooms both have views over the recreation ground to the countryside and across to the Clee Hills in the distance.

There is also a rear terrace and a hard standing area to the side. There is a side gate to the front of the property and an outside water tap with a second water tap in the garage. The single garage has electric lights and power points and storage space in the roof. There is parking space for several vehicles at the front of the house.
