    This very well maintained detached village residence would suit a variety of different types of buyers. It has considerably well maintained, improved and extended by the present owners. With its easily managed gardens it could well be of interest to a retired couple or buyers moving into the area from busier parts of the country. It provides buyers with an opportunity to sample a quality of life which is typical of a North Hereford/South Shropshire country village.

    Orleton is one of the few villages which has managed to retain the majority of its facilities. There are two village inns, an excellent general store and post office, a community hall, a parish church and a doctor's surgery. Pass by the entrance to Moor Park school on the left and carry on through the village of Richards Castle. Carry on past the sign for Orleton Village and opposite the Maidenhead Inn turn left sign Orleton Village into Millbrook Way. Proceed past the village hall on the left and number 1 Ashley Walk is the first property on the left."
