" This 3 Bed Semi-Detached property has all the accommodation and living space you need. This house is decorated to a high standard, is modern and light, and has a real homely feel. The location has great commuter links and is close to York, Leeds, Doncaster and many more Cities.


Lets go and have a look around...... The first thing you notice as your drive up to this house is how good looking it is, with a high pitched roof, cream render, double front and quaint entrance, there are not many houses you look at and think nice..... To the right of the house is your drive with a detached single garage and up and over door. There is also a side gate to access the garden too.

Through the front door we go.... The entrance hall is spacious leaving plenty of room to hang up your coat and take off your shoes. The staircase is straight in front of you and curls around to the right to take you upstairs. To your right in the hallway is the WC and to your left is the lounge. The master has a large ensuite with a double shower cubicle, the bedrooms is a good size allowing for a king-size bed and furniture. The second bedroom is a double and currently being used as a snug.
