      Boraston Lane is a very popular residential location on the edge of the popular small market town of Tenbury Wells. On one side there is the beautiful countryside on the Shropshire/Worcestershire borders and on the other all the shops and facilities on offer in the town, which is only a short walk away from this house.

      The house was built in the 1970's and the present occupier replaced the original windows with UPVC double glazed windows throughout. The kitchen was also refitted relatively recently.

      The house is entered through a front porch into a spacious reception hall off which there is a ground floor cloak room with WC and wash basin. The very pleasant sitting room enjoys plenty of natural sunlight with double glazed windows to both front and rear. A focal point is the attractive fire surround with a multi-fuel stove inset. The kitchen/dining room is a most appealing feature of the house. There are a good range of both base and wall units and integral appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine and also included is the cooker with extractor hood above. The kitchen also has windows to both front and rear allowing in plenty of light.

      From the hall stairs rise to the first floor onto a good sized landing with a window overlooking the garden. The main bedroom has windows to both front and rear and enjoys views towards distant countryside. The second bedroom has a window looking over the rear garden and the third bedroom has a window looking to the front. The bathroom has a suite of bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

      The lovely south facing rear garden is a very special feature. A raised terrace runs the full width of the house providing a lovely sitting out area taking full advantage of the daytime sunshine. This leads to a decked area which is ideal for alfresco eating within which is a wood store. Steps lead down onto the lawn interspersed by a wide variety of mature shrubs, bushes and trees and there are various mature flowerbeds. The rear garden is particularly private and secure. There is also a front garden with a lawn and mature hedges again ensuring privacy.

      The garage has electric lights and power points and there is also parking space on the drive. Also included in the sale is a timber shed.

Carry on to Tenbury, just beyond The Rose and Crown turn left into Boraston Lane. Carry on until you see a house with a red garage door on the right hand side which is Broomfield.
