DIRECTIONS
From Teme Street, Tenbury Wells head north on the A4112 and turn left at the Swan Garage T-Junction onto the A456 in the direction of Shrewsbury/Leominster.  Proceed for 0.2 mile then take the first right onto Boraston Lane and the property will be found last on the left hand side on the edge of the town as indicated by a Nick Champion ‘For Sale’ board.

Ambleside is situated in a popular residential area within walking distance of the town centre.  The market town of Tenbury Wells offers many facilities including a variety of shops and services, a library, a doctors’ surgery, primary and secondary schools, a cottage hospital, cinema and a range of clubs and societies.

OUTSIDE
A shared tarmac driveway leads on past two other bungalows to Ambleside which has ample parking and turning areas as well as an independent access out onto the road. The part walled gardens incorporate some raised flower beds, a vegetable plot, lawns and borders and have a sloping backdrop of ornamental and evergreen trees and shrubs through which a gated pathway leads up to a secluded area  from which there are terrific views out across the Teme Valley. Adjoining the drive is a substantial detached Strathmore G type concrete garage/workshop (22’6” x 15’10”) with power and providing useful additional storage and ideal for a camper or caravan.
