Rent: The monthly rent of £420 is payable monthly in advance by Standing Order.
Payment: Before the signing of the agreement the total cost to be paid is £990.00. Payment by Bankers Draft, Building Society cheque, Debit card or cleared personal cheque only. Cash or credit card payment will not be accepted.

INSURANCE
It is a condition on the Tenancy Agreement that tenants have insurance cover to protect their own possessions and the fixtures and fittings belonging to the Landlord. Tenants must provide a copy of adequate insurance cover BEFORE moving into the property.
