Excellent transport links are nearby with the Railway Station located less than a quarter of a mile away and boasts excellent commuting into Warrington, Manchester, North Wales and nearby Chester City Centre. The M56 motorway (Junction 12) is less than three miles away and again has good links across the North of England and North Wales, whilst the main bus route to and from Chester is less than a 100 metre walk away. For those who enjoy the great outdoors Castle Park is less than a quarter of a mile away, or Delamere Forest offers a range of walks and bike paths and now hosts pop concerts in the summer months is less than seven miles away! The property itself is beautifully presented, retains many original features and also offers spacious living accommodation throughout. It comprises an entrance hall, front dining room, rear living room, fitted kitchen and separate utility/WC to the ground floor.
