RENTAL PROCESS:
Applicants who wish to proceed need to submit an application to the Housing Association who will decided if you match their criteria (see above). You will then need to complete a reference process which allows us to carry out credit checks and apply for references. This is at a cost of n++100 for a single tenancy and n++150 for a joint tenancy. Once satisfactory checks have been made, prior to moving in, cleared funds are required consisting of a deposit of n++625 plus one months rent of n++475. Reservations will only be confirmed once the reference fee and application form has been received.

There is one allocated parking space to the rear of the property.

From our office turn left onto Knutsford Road following the road around passing over Bridgefoot roundabout bearing left towards Bank Quay Station on your left hand side. At the lights go straight across then at the next set of lights go straight across again passing under the railway bridge. Then at the next lights turn left until you come to Regency Park which can be a turning found on the left hand side. Turn first right then first left, then 2nd right again and this will bring you into Deal Close.
