" A deceptively spacious semi detached family home that must be seen to be appreciated. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with large lounge with double doors to the dining room and kitchen to the rear with double doors opening onto the rear gardens. To the first floor that are three bedrooms and bathroom with separate WC. The loft has been incorporated into the living accommodation and is currently used as a large playroom and has a good ceiling height and is accessed by a pull down ladder. Parking for several vehicles on the driveway and a pathway leads down to the rear garden.

Travelling from our Timperley office towards the village centre turn right at the traffic lights onto Park Road. Take the third turning on the right into Heyes Lane and continue on where the road becomes Woodhouse Lane East where the property can be found on the right hand side.
