This architecturally designed individual property is traditionally constructed of brick walls surmounted by a tiled pitch roof. The property was custom designed and built for our clients in 1988 and occupies a parcel of land once owned by the Lymm Hall estate. The accommodation is arranged on three floors and provides flexible and versatile living with well proportioned accommodation combining modern amenities including two ground floor cloakrooms, utility room, study and en-suite shower room. Further benefits include re-fitted Upvc double glazing throughout and there is gas central heating. The Hatchings is a select development of only four properties and is conveniently located for access to Lymm Village via a passage way at the end of Mayfield View giving access to Rectory Lane. There are good Primary Schools within walking distance and the highly regarded Lymm High School is also within walking distance. One of the main features of the property is its wonderfully secluded position adjoining the May Queen Field and therefore giving open views to one side and adjoining the grounds of Lymm Hall on two sides giving a most unique and private position. A viewing is highly recommended to appreciate all the qualities the property has to offer.
