The property is conveniently located for the beach at Porth as well as of course the comprehensive range of facilities and amenities at Newquay a little further down the North Cornish coastline.

LOCATION    2 Porth Valley Cottages is a detached bungalow which is being currently used as a holiday let and is considered most suitable for this purpose, a second home or possibly a main residence for first time buyers. The property is situated in Porth and is a popular holiday destination with Newquay town itself being approximately two miles distance with a wider range of retail amenities including a range of fashionable bars and nightclubs as well as the out of town superstore of Morrisons and the world renowned famous surfing beach of Fistral. There are many coastal walks within the area and the property itself is situated near a holiday camp surrounded by country fields.
