The property is located in the pretty rural hamlet of Tresowes just minutes walking distance from the village of Ashton. Ashton itself benefits from a petrol station, public house and church with primary schools being located in the nearby villages of Germoe, Breage and Godolphin. Breage has a particularly active community with a Methodist chapel and parish church together with a silver band, public house and highly regarded junior school. Riding out is plentiful via quiet country lanes with numerous bridal paths in the area. The hills of Tregonning and Godolphin offer many fine walks with fabulous views across both the Lizard and Penwith peninsula. The property is on a bus route and the closest beaches are the secluded Rinsey Head and Praa Sands. Nearby is the traditional market town of Helston which boasts much history and charm. The town stands at the gateway to the Lizard peninsula which is mainland Britain's most southerly point and provides numerous picturesque rural and coastal villages.
