" Three bedroom detached bungalow in the centre of desirable South Hams village. Entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, utility, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, attic room, garage and garden.

SITUATION The village of Moreleigh is situated half a mile from the A381 approximately midway between Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Moreleigh has a renowned public house and village hall community. The village of Halwell with a church, pub which serves real ale and good food and a filling station which caters for basic supplies and fantastic pasties. Halwell is also on a bus route. Halwell is a small convenient village set within rolling wooded farmland between Totnes and Kingsbridge allowing easy access to world renowned beaches. For those of an active nature Dartmouth's golf and country club is only 3 miles away with two courses and other health and leisure facilities. There is also a leisure park with activities and farm animals. The busy medieval market town of Totnes, geographically built at the highest navigable point upon the River Dart and rapidly grew into the 'Gateway to the South Hams' which is renowned for its pretty beaches and country. Today Totnes is a bustling and thriving market town that maintains much of its original character full of interest with a wide range of good local schools, shopping facilities and recreational pursuits including indoor swimming pool and boating opportunities on the River Dart. Totnes is approximately 6 miles from the village of Halwell and allows easy communication with the rest of the country. The A38 Devon Expressway is approximately 10 miles away allowing speedy access to the cities of Exeter and Plymouth and the country beyond. Mainline railway links allow access to London in a little under three hours are also available in Totnes and regional airports at both Plymouth and Exeter mean the whole of the country and the continent beyond are within reach. DESCRIPTION 7 Moreleigh Green was constructed in the 1980's and has been in the same ownership since it was built, it offers well proportioned accommodation in the centre of this village. The property sits on its own plot surrounded by level gardens. There are uPVC double glazed windows throughout. ACCOMMODATION The entrance porch leads into entrance hall, which houses the airing cupboard, access to the loft and doors leading off to the main rooms. OUTSIDE The bungalow is surrounded by its own level garden with access via both sides, one side houses the oil tank. At the back there is a paved sun terrace with raised borders and shrubs.
