Bell View is one of 3 flats converted from a Georgian home (built in 1809) high up on Clarence Hill with far reaching and southerly views across Dartmouth to the sea to be had from the garden which extends to the rear. Within you will find a sitting room with period features, a dining kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2nd double bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a handy mezzanine area accessed from the kitchen. If you are looking for a secure period home with outside space, with a sunny aspect and views then this could be the one for you.

BEDROOM 2: 10´10" x 9´8" This room has a window to the side and a radiator.  

BATHROOM: With a white suite consisting of a WC, a wash basin and a panel bath with a shower fitted above in a tiled surround. Opaque window to the rear and a radiator. 

GARDEN. The left hand half of the garden (looking up) is Bell View´s. It´s terraces are a mixture of shrub and herbaceous planting and stone or flagged seating areas. At the top is a larger terrace, home to the summerhouse. It is of wooden construction with single glazed windows and French doors. It is provided with light and power. There is gated access to Mount Boone Way.
