" ACCOMMODATION: Entrance Hall. Sitting Room. Dining Room. Extended Kitchen. Cloakroom. Three Bedrooms. Bathroom. Gardens. Parking For At Least Two Cars.

A superbly extended and improved semi detached Victorian home occupying a favoured location overlooking the valley and hillside opposite. There are plenty of features to include fireplace with wood burning stove, attractive sitting room with lovely views, dining area, extended kitchen with part glazed panelled roof, three good sized bedrooms, bathroom and separate cloakroom. Delightful garden with feature decked area to the front overlooking the valley. To the back is a paved patio leading up to the lane and a further area of garden which has planning permission for a summer house. Private parking for at least two vehicles.

The latest programme of renovations and modernisation include re-roofing with fire wall, the kitchen extension, tanking, recent boiler, multi fuel stove, recent decking area and verandah. An early viewing is strongly recommended.

VENDORS COMMENTS: We have loved living here and have invested considerable time and money in making all the wonderful improvements. The property sits on the sunny side of the valley, with sunshine pouring through the French doors even in the winter. It takes us about 10 minutes to walk to the River Dart from our private position where we get no door knockers or even people walking past. We find the location a haven of peace even when the town is busy. The fantastic terrace and verandah is the perfect viewing point for the Regatta fireworks. We are very disappointed to be selling our home and to be leaving the friendly neighbourhood but need to live closer to our workplace.
