Cockington Village    Cockington Village according to its historical records, dates back as far as Domesday Book and today still stands in unspoilt countryside beyond suburbs of Torquay. Cockington itself has a typical country estate complete with manor house, family chapel, parkland, woodland and a water meadow. Until this century, the estate remained relatively unchanged and as late as 1937 there were four working farms in the village. Served by the forge and mill. Resisting change, Cockington offers a village rich in memories and beauty from the past. Cottages and garden walls are built from the warm and harmonious coloured stone and cob, and thatched roofs and beautifully planted gardens all gently mellowed over the years add wonderful character to the village.

Meadow Cottage    Meadow Cottage is a traditional red brick semi detached house situated in the picturesque Cockington Village. The property is within proximity to the Drum Inn Pub and village shops.
