A spacious 3 bedroom period house that retains much of it's original character situated in a central location. It has been sympathetically modernised by the current vendors including a new shower room and is well presented throughout. The shower room was created out of the original 4th bedroom so it could be converted back into a 4 bedroom house if required. The entrance hallway flows into the open plan dining room & lounge and all three rooms enjoy stripped floorboards. The lounge has a woodburner to make it especially cosy on those cold winter nights. There is a trapdoor under the stairs in the dining room giving access to the cellar below.  The kitchen is a good size and would be ideal for a keen chef.  There are 2 double bedrooms and a large single bedroom on the first floor along with a large landing which could accommodate a desk or give access for a loft conversion.  There is a large bathroom and shower room so there shouldn't be any queueing in the morning!  To the side of the kitchen there is a small courtyard garden with wood store and shed along with a gate to the rear access lane, whilst to the front there is a nice patio garden.  Properties of this style and quality do not come to the market every day so it's a great opportunity to own a lovely home with easy access to town and the beach.
