" THE PROPERTY: This property is a good example of a three bedroom bay fronted Victorian home. Situated close to the centre of Wadhurst village, the accommodation consists of: entrance lobby, sitting room, dining room, both of them with fireplaces, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and a further shower room to the first floor. There are both front and rear gardens and one particular advantage of this property is that there is a good size workshop with power and light in the rear garden. The vendors tell us that they have really enjoyed the convenience of this location and find it easy to walk to both the village and to the railway station. They also tell us that the road is quiet and they have spend many happy family occasions enjoying the peaceful garden which is not overlooked. In our opinion, there are not many properties in Wadhurst on the market in this price range and we highly recommend early viewing.
