The property is located on the semi rural outskirts of the sought after village of Robertsbridge and comprises of Sitting Room, Dining Room, Kitchen / Breakfast Room, Utility Room, Study / Bedroom 3, Master Bedroom with En Suite Shower Room, 2 further Bedrooms, Integral Garage, and Garden. Viewing is highly recommended.

Outside    The property is approached via a paved driveway with off road parking for several vehicles and which leads to the integral garage. The rear garden is a particular feature of the property offering privacy and a rural outlook over the fields beyond and comprisies of areas of paving ideal for al fresco entertaining, lawn and established boundary hedging and borders. There is an attractive summerhouse to the rear of the garden.

Situation    Robertsbridge village stands within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and offers a variety of local shopping as well as an extensive range of services. Amongst others, there are a good butcher, post office, pharmacy, doctors/dentist surgery as well as good restaurants and pubs. In particular The George Inn is highly regarded for its food and atmosphere. Robertsbridge mainline station offers a good service to London (Cannon Street and Charing Cross) in approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. There is a good local primary school and well regarded community college both in the village. Further afield, more comprehensive shopping and recreational facilities area available in the historic towns of Battle or Tunbridge Wells. In particular Tunbridge Wells provides a vast array of well known High Street brands together with many independent stores, it also offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars together with a theatre and multiplex cinema.

Directions    From our office in Robertsbridge turn left into Station Road and proceed over the level crossing on to the Brightling Road. Continue up the Brightling Road for approximately 1 mile and Oakland Drive can be found on your right hand side with the property on the left.
