" Description    An attractive detached family house situated in a corner position in this sought after cul-de-sac. The house offers accommodation over two floors with the benefit of double glazed windows and external doors and gas fired central heating via radiators. A spacious entrance hall opens onto the living room, dining room and study with door to a cloakroom and to the kitchen/breakfast room. Living room with aspect over the rear garden with double glazed doors opening on to the patio, fireplace with gas fired living flame stove. The dining room also has double glazed doors opening onto the patio and the study has an attractive bay window. The kitchen/breakfast room has a double aspect with a range of fitted floor and wall mounted units incorporating a gas five ring hob, double oven and filter hood. Situation    The house is conveniently located in a cul de sac position on the edge of the sought after village of Robertsbridge with its medieval origins within half a mile of the mainline station and the village. The village itself has a wide variety of facilities which cater for most day to day needs including a post office, general store, butchers, chemist, florists, doctors and dentist. There is also well regarded primary and secondary schooling in the village and the surrounding area is well served with a number of private schools including Vinehall and Battle Abbey. Robertsbridge mainline station is within walking distance and offers regular commuter services to London on the Charing Cross and Cannon Street lines, there is also a regular bus service from the village providing access to neighbouring villages and towns. The historic Abbey town of Battle with extensive shopping facilities is about three miles distant and the Inland Spa resort at Tunbridge Wells is within fifteen miles distant.
