" Are you fed up with tripping over the children’s toys all the time? Feel like the walls are closing in and you need more space? Well, stop worrying and start living! Let us introduce you to this fabulous home that suits the growing family down to the ground. For starters there is a downstairs cloakroom, an en-suite and a family bathroom, so there’ll be no more squabbles when you’re trying to get ready for work in the morning (or crossed legs!). For extra space downstairs there is a conservatory that can double up as an extra playroom, or if you’d prefer, somewhere that you can escape from the rest of the family. As well as a garage, the front of the house has been paved to create additional parking and the kitchen has been upgraded and decoration is neutral. You’ll be nice and snug as there is double glazing and central heating. You’d be hard pushed to find a more family friendly area either. There is a play area just around the corner if the children fancy a quick game of football, and both primary and secondary schooling is within walking distance so no more excuses for being late for class. The High Street and a Sainsburys store are also within easy reach if you need to make a last minute dash for a pint of milk or a newspaper.

What the Owner says:

'As soon as we walked in we were struck by the feeling of space and we decided straight away that it would make a lovely home for our young family. It’s so handy being central for the shops and schools and there is always something for the children to do. Since we’ve been here we’ve improved the kitchen and had the front block paved so we can get another car parked. We’ve replaced the fences in the garden as well so it’s nice and safe for the children and the dog to play in.'
