" This home really does have a bathroom to buy for. When you want to take some time out from your busy life then head to the bathroom and take a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi bath with some scented candles and listen to your favourite music as there are speakers inset into the ceiling and on the wall a switch to turn it on along with the volume controls. When you’re getting ready for work in the morning then the ‘Aqualisa’ power shower with jets will be sure to wake you up and there is a switch on the wall next to the sink to turn it on, and with the under floor heating the limestone tiles won’t be cold on your toes. The rest of the house has a good size sitting room with gas fire to keep the room cosy in winter, dining room with patio doors leading to the garden, kitchen, utility room with limestone flooring and a cloakroom very handy for the kids, whilst upstairs there are three good size bedrooms and the family bathroom. Outside, there is a mature rear garden with an Indian sandstone patio great for entertaining in the summer and to the front off road parking and garage with electric door. Located on the Warren Estate and within walking distance to the High Street and good local school, this home really does have it all.

We have really loved living in this home and it’s been a really great family home for us. There are so many things that have been perfect for us, although we have made our own changes over the years, having the workshop put up in the garden that has been great for my husband and the bathroom which was my guilty pleasure. The location has also suited us as I can walk the children to school and it’s a safe place for them to play out with the green behind the house. I will be sad to leave our home but it’s time for our expanding family to move on.
