" Its almost like a cul de sac within a cul de sac. The fact is there's just 4 houses down this private driveway and at the end is this detached family home. There's no need to struggle with parking, as there's plenty of space out the front and the 2 family cars can park side by side. Instead of looking directly into your neighbours lounge, the front of this house looks out onto a green area, perfect for when the kids want to stretch their legs.Because of its location, the lounge offers a certain amount of privacy whilst remaining bright and open. The dining room was once separate, but the owners have opened up the back of the house to make one large kitchen/diner, a truly fantastic family space and an area which really is the hub of this house and opens out onto the sunny back garden.Upstairs, 2 of the 4 bedrooms have their own en-suite, so no need for lengthy queues for the bathroom during the morning rush and both en-suites are good sizes. If you're searching for a good sized family home on one of Ashford's most popular family estates, then this surely must be on your list to view.

We both already lived locally but we really wanted to stay in the area but in a large house. We already had one son but were planning to increase our family, so space was on the agenda and that's exactly what we found. This house was the last plot left and in many ways we benefited, because its one of the best plots on the close. Although we loved the space, we felt the dining room was not being used, so we made the decision to open it out and its made so much difference to how we use this room. Unfortunately we need to move on again because 1 boy has turned into 4 boys, so we're ready for the next step up.
