DESCRIPTION  

This attractive brick and timber barn dating from the 1880s was converted in 1985 and now offers wonderful character accommodation in this rural location.  With two super reception rooms, a sizeable study/fourth bedroom and a beautiful fitted kitchen installed in 2014, the ground floor offers plenty of space for everyone. On the first floor there is a wonderful master bedroom with en suite and two further bedrooms, as well as a stunning family bathroom refurbished in 2015.  There are far reaching views from the front of the property to the church at Collier Street. The windows are leaded light and double glazed and the central heating is oil fired with a recently fitted Worcester Bosch boiler. The floors are of Italian slate on the ground floor giving a quality feel to the property. The rear garden is small and manageable and is part lawn and part patio with a brick retainer wall. There is a driveway and gate to the side with parking area in front of the detached double garage.
