" A very well presented semi detached Victorian house which has been refurbished to create a wonderful modern home whilst retaining many fine Victorian features including high skirting boards, tall ceilings and sash windows. The internal layout of the house is well arranged over two floors and points of particular note include: A family room to the front of the house has a brick surround open fireplace and opening to the sitting room which has fitted cupboards and storage. The dining room has fitted cupboards with access to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has Steinach limestone flooring and French doors open directly to the rear garden. The kitchen is well fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted units with solid wood work surfaces and a range of appliances. There is an adjacent utility/cloakroom. To the first floor the principal bedroom to the front has two sash windows and a well fitted en suite shower room with tiled flooring and surround with a skylight. Three further bedrooms are all very well served by a large family bathroom with cupboards and shelving.

Situation
Beulah Road is located in a popular area of Tunbridge Wells which is very convenient for easy access to the major shopping centre in the upper end of the town at The Royal Victoria Place shopping mall and Calverley Precinct. In the lower part of the town is the main line station, the High Street and famous Pantiles. In this area there are further shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Tunbridge Wells is renowned for its educational facilities, separate grammar schools for girls and boys, independent schools, primary and preparatory schools.

To the front of the house there is a path to the front door and parking for 2 cars. To the rear, the garden extends to about 85ft and is mainly laid to lawn with a selection of mature plants, shrubs and trees and a terrace adjoins the house.
