Location

The property is located in Dawley which has a range of amenities including shops and schools. At Telford town centre there is a further range of shopping facilities, cinema, restaurants, railway station and access to the M54 motorway.

Our View

A double glazed front entrance door opens into an entrance hallway with stairs rising to the first floor landing. There is a useful cloakroom/WC with a low level WC, wash hand basin and a radiator. The kitchen is an attractive feature to the property, having a range of wall and base units, cupboard housing the gas fired boiler, a built in electric hob, double glazed window overlooking the front aspect, single drainer sink, plumbing for washing machine, tiled splashbacks and flooring. The lounge/dining room has a double glazed window to the rear aspect and double glazed sliding patio door leading out to the rear garden. To the first floor, there are three bedrooms all having a double glazed window and a radiator. The bathroom has a panelled bath with shower over, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC and a double glazed window to the front. Outside the front garden is laid to lawn with a variety of conifers. The rear garden has a paved patio area with pergola, also being laid to stone chippings with a variety of shrubs. The driveway leads to the garage.
