" A detached family home with an adjoining paddock and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.Standing in an elevated position overlooking the beautiful countryside surrounding High Offley, Parkfields is a smartly presented and easily maintained family home with views that reach all the way to Bishops Wood in the west.

The property is being sold with a paddock that extends to approximately 1.4 acres in size and adjoins the rear garden. There is the opportunity to purchase up to an additional 18 acres of land which would subject to planning consent allow the property to become a substantial equestrian property in an area with some of the best hacking out available.

Set back from the road behind lawned gardens there is parking for several vehicles on the driveway. The front door opens into an Entrance Hall from where there are doors to the ground floor accommodation which flows well and will allow for comfortable family living. The Kitchen is smartly fitted with integral appliances and has plenty of space for a good sized dining table. There is a door from the Kitchen to the side of the house and also to the Utility Room from where there is a further door to the Guest Cloaks W/C.
