" INSIDE The house is approached via a pathway leading to a covered entrance hall porch and double glazed front door leading directly through to the entrance hall. The hallway has laminate flooring, stairs to the first floor, an understairs cupboard and a door leading through to a downstairs cloakroom with a further door to one side leading through to a study with a shower fitted to one corner. The sitting room, which was formerly two rooms, is a large well proportioned room with a double glazed window to the front as well as an attractive Adams style fireplace with inset gas coal effect fire to one wall. The room also has wall lights and a set of French doors at one end leading directly through to a good sized dining room. This room has a set of French doors overlooking the rear garden and a door to one side leading through to the kitchen/breakfast room which has a double glazed window and door to the rear leading out onto the patio area. Whilst the kitchen itself is fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a one and a half bowl ceramic sink unit, two ovens with electric hob with extractor over, plumbing space for an automatic dishwasher and further appliance space. The room also has ceramic tiled flooring and spotlights. On the first floor landing there is a door leading through to the master bedroom which has a double glazed window overlooking the front of the property as well as fitted wardrobes along one wall. DIRECTIONS From our office head out of Bishops Waltham along Bank Street and continue along this road which will automatically turn into Hoe Road. Follow this road along for some distance which will then automatically turn into Swanmore Road and passing through the village itself follow the road to the very end turning right into Hill Pound. After some distance this road will automatically turn into Gravel Hill where the property can be found on the right hand side.
