" With views across adjacent fields, this well-proportioned Victorian four bedroom family home offers exceptionally good size accommodation throughout. The property has had a number of extensions over the years with accommodation on the ground floor comprising a 24ft sitting room, good size dining room, modern bathroom, kitchen and separate utility area/boot room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a cloakroom. Additional benefits include parking for several cars and a range of outbuildings including garages, sheds, a store and summerhouse.

The property also comes with a larger than average garden and is situated within walking distance of the village store, church, pub and Swanmore's primary and senior schools, with the pretty market town of Bishops Waltham also being only minutes away which offers a broad range of shops and amenities. Follow this road along for some distance which will then automatically turn into Swanmore Road and passing through the village itself follow the road to the very end turning right into Hill Pound. After some distance this road will automatically turn into Gravel Hill where the property can be found on the right hand side.
