" This well presented three bedroom semi-detached home briefly comprises a lounge, sitting room, kitchen/diner, conservatory, office and cloakroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. To the front of the property there is a driveway providing off road parking and access to the storage area, which was previously part of the garage. To the rear there is a paved patio area, leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn.

The property is located in the centre of Old Hedge End and is therefore within walking distance of the village centre with its range of shops and amenities.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the lounge. There is a window to the front and doors leading through to the sitting room and kitchen/diner. The sitting room has patio doors leading through to the conservatory. The kitchen/diner has a window and door through to the conservatory and has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a fitted oven with gas hob and extractor over, space for further appliances and a cupboard to one wall with space for a free standing fridge/freezer. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area which has a window to the rear and a door leading through to a lobby with has access to the cloakroom and office. The 17ft conservatory looks out over the rear garden and has a door to the side leading out to the covered seating area.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes along one wall and a window to the front. Bedroom two has a window overlooking the rear garden, whilst bedroom three has a window to the front. The bathroom has two windows to the rear and has been fitted with a P-shaped panel enclosed bath with shower over, wash hand basin set in vanity unit and WC.
