" This three bedroom semi-detached home briefly comprises an entrance hall, 23ft lounge/diner, conservatory and a modern re-fitted kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside there is an enclosed rear garden and a garage located in a nearby block with off road parking for three vehicles.

The property is located within the popular area of Old Hedge End and benefits from being within walking distance of the village centre with its range of shops, schools and amenities. Hedge End's train station and the M27 motorway links are also close by.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, an under stairs storage cupboard and doors through to the lounge and kitchen. The 23ft lounge/diner has a window to the front and is open plan to the rear leading through to the conservatory, which overlooks the rear garden. The kitchen has a window and door to the rear and has been re-fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a built-in oven and induction hob with extractor over, as well as space for further appliances.
