" Rosedale is a 2500sq/ft detached house individually built in 2001. The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a commanding plot with a large garden, ample off road parking and an over sized garage.

DETAILS THE LOCATION Marlborough is nestled in the rolling downland of Wiltshire with ancient Savernake Forest and World Heritage Sites on its doorstep. Marlborough has a wide range of facilities including; a doctors surgery, recycling center, business park, Marlborough College, respected primary schools not to mention the highly acclaimed St Johns Academy. The High Street is reportedly the widest in Europe and has a wonderful mix of national and local retailers including Waitrose and The Food Gallery to name a few. Communication links are good with the M4 motorway only 10 minutes to the North and train stations at Great Bedwyn and Pewsey (London Paddington).
